At RosiePosie Cakes every cake is made to order with the love and attention of my own wedding cake. I breathe, sleep and dream cakes - from the sketching of each design to the hand picked ingredients and finally the intricate piping and handmade decorations.

 

Since I was a little girl and said that when I grow up I want to travel the world in a cupcake van, to then acheiving a 2:1 in the Science of Food and Nutrition, before going on to teaching our secondary school children how to bake and now, finally, making a business out of cake - I have always lived cake!!

 

Doing what I love every single day in my own cosy kitchen isn't work it's a dream!!

I am passionate about serving the most delicious cakes possible which means baking everything fresh to order using the finest quality local ingredients to ensure a truly unique cake experience. Our eggs are delivered fresh to the doorstep weekly from the free to roam hens at our local farm, the vanilla is extracted from Madagascan pods here in Devon and our chocolate is always from Belgium.
